Why a Parliament?
Titulia needs a Parliament because it is the right government for it. It will increase activity and create competition.
How do we make it happen?
- Elect a Republican - Liberal or RNC - to Liberty House that will introduce a referendum to remove the pointless Codex Proposal (change request).
- Fight for every single vote as the Parliament Proposal is put to a vote
- Create our parliament by creating a proportional amount of seats that fit Titulia
Why do we need one?
- We already have an unelected Head of State that has more power than the elected Head of Government (see Commonwealth realms)
- It would increase activity as everyone fights for their seats in the new Parliament
- It would have more seats than the 'Legislative Commission' Proposal and expand once activity rises
