- Titulians would decide which district/seat they will reside in
- People who reside in that district are able to run for a seat in Parliament
- Elections will be open ballot and would be watched closely by Election Monitors (new jobs!)
- Whichever party wins the most seats, its leader (must have a seat) will become Prime Minister
- In the case of a tie or not enough seats, etc. parties may open talks to form a coalition government
- Elections are to be held every month, unless 55% of Parliament decides to initiate one beforehand
- The Prime Minister must report to the people and the Sovereign, Admin.
- People are not allowed to switch residencies within a two-month period
- MPs are permitted to resign with the discretion of the PM or the Leader of the Opposition
- Special Elections for MPs are permitted, with the date to be determined by the PM or Admin
