New RNC Parliament proposal - What do you think?
TITULIA CITY (TC) | In the aftermath of a close election, RNC Leader Julian and RNC Chairman JI981993 released a new RNC Parliament idea in one of the final acts of their term. The new RNC parliament idea includes the Presidency in a devolved role and a more active-citizenry.
Here is the new Parliament idea:
The Presidency would be largely devolved into a European-style President (Italy,Germany) instead of its current state. The President would continue to oversee national functions and would have limited powers. However, the RNC proposal makes the presidency an optional office. The Prime Minister would have the real power and would depend on the Upper House’s confidence. Although, according to an RNC Elections Commission official – an election would have to be automatically triggered every two months unless the PM requests a dissolution earlier.
Every citizen would be a member of the lower-house, which has some limited powers. Ultimately, this is somewhat similar to the US House of Representatives, the Australian Senate, and other similar institutions. While, the Upper House would be similar to a UK House of Commons or US Senate.
